Ramapo for Children held its Inaugural Spring Benefit on May 1, 2017 at the beautiful Bohemian National Hall in New York City. Throughout the evening, 240 guests joined us in honoring long-standing Board members, Nina Freedman and Michael Rosenbaum, and celebrated Ramapo’s 95 years of success. If you’re interested in updates on future events or have questions about our Inaugural Spring Benefit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Nina and Michael’s lifelong commitment to Ramapo and its vital work began when they were counselors in Ramapo’s summer program. Nina started the summer she turned 16, in 1971 and Michael was soon to follow, in 1974. Over the past four decades, both Nina and Michael have held multiple leadership roles on our Board and each has served as RFC board president. Their family proudly shares their love for Ramapo. Both Karen and Susan Freedman, Nina’s sisters, and Cara Rosenbaum, Michael and Nina’s younger daughter, worked at Ramapo for multiple summers.
